Emissions Test is my album of my
original musical compositions. I have been passionate about
music for a long time, but I had never really tried to compose anything
by myself before this album. It's mockingly titled "Emissions
Test" because
it's my attempt to create things and write and play and sing music
without making too big of a fool out of myself or releasing too much
sub-standard junk into cyberspace. I think I did a decent job
of writing good, strong songs that might even leave people humming or
singing along.
Once I have finished the album, I'll
post it all over the Internet,
including on iTunes, Amazon, Napster, and Rhapsody. I'll also
put tracks here on my site, but I might only put preview clips or a
streaming tool if I decide to make people pay for them. Don't
worry though, they'll be free for a while, at least. The
"album" will be done probably around February/March 2009, and
there'll be more word out once we get closer there.
Special thanks on this album include
Jman--8,
who previewed each song
ahead of time and offered critiques, advice, and support.
Most of his comments were ignored by me, of course, but he did end
contributing a fair amount to the finishing process despite my efforts
to the contrary.
Click a song in the tracklist to view
the page for that song, where you can download the song and view my
comments on the different aspects of it.
Included
on every song's page is a condensed version of my comments on
the song. I've also written a very long commentary on every
aspect of the album, and if you are interested in reading it, please

Since I have no advertisements on my site, I'll see if I can earn any
money by pandering for donations. These donations are not
just for anything, though. At this point in my musical
career, I don't have very much equipment and lots of it is not very
good. If you donate money to the poojalooba_cow music cause,
the only
things I will use the money for are things that directly pertain to my
music project. I won't spend it on food, candy, games, other
music albums, et cetera; I'll spend it on music equipment, digital
music hosting, CD publishing, et cetera. That's a promise. If
you're interested or would like to learn more, click the Donate button
above.
